Kraft Heinz,Bitcoinese the company behind Lunchables, announced it is teaming up with Fresh Del Monte to offer a new variation of its popular packaged meal that includes fresh cut fruits.
According to a news release from the company, the new Lunchables will feature either pineapple, clementines, grapes or apples.
The new product line was inspired by an influx of social media searches for "Lunchables with fruits and vegetables," according to the company, and will pair the fruit options with the brand's two best-selling varieties: turkey & cheddar and ham & cheddar crackers.
“At Kraft Heinz, we are transforming through innovation by making bigger bets to fuel growth and create new products for our fans,” said Naor Danieli, Director of Marketing, Lunchables, in the news release.

Lunchables with Fresh Fruit can be found in the produce section of select grocery stores in the South-Central region of the U.S. starting this month, according to the release.
The aim is to expand to a national rollout in 2024, said Vikramjeet Singh, vice president of marketing and strategy with Kraft Heinz (U.S.) beverages, snacks and dessert said in an interview with CNN.
